How many sessions will I need?

Every person’s experience is completely unique to their situation. While some clients notice positive shifts after just one session, some may require more sessions depending on their symptoms. We typically recommend 3 sessions to create lasting change, particularly if you’re also managing depression or anxiety. Our intensive approach addresses not just the symptoms (hot flashes, sleep disruption, mood swings, brain fog) but also the deeper subconscious patterns that can amplify your menopause experience.

What if I’m already past menopause? Can this still help?

Yes. While many women seek help during perimenopause or active menopause, hypnotherapy can be beneficial at any stage. Post-menopausal women often continue experiencing symptoms like sleep disruption, mood changes, or lingering anxiety about their experience. The techniques we use can provide relief regardless of where you are in your journey.

Is hypnosis safe?

Absolutely. Hypnosis is a natural, safe state of focused relaxation. It has no side effects and can be used alongside any other treatments you’re receiving, including HRT or other medications. You remain completely aware and in control throughout the session.

Can I still see other healthcare providers while doing hypnotherapy?

Yes, and we encourage it. Hypnotherapy complements other forms of treatment and support. If you’re working with a GP, gynecologist, or other healthcare provider, we’re happy to coordinate care with your permission to ensure you’re receiving comprehensive support.
